By using our services, you understand:

• Platform rules and enforcement can change at any time
• Use of automation, outreach tools, or growth strategies carries risk
• We do not guarantee account safety, message delivery, or platform performance
Use is at your own risk.
4. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
• Leads
• Replies
• Appointments
• Revenue
Results vary based on:
• Your offer
• Your market
• Your profile and positioning
• Your responsiveness
• External platform factors
We provide a system and strategy. Outcomes differ for every client.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

7. Payment & Subscription
• Services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at time of purchase and renews automatically
• You authorize charges to your payment method on file
You may cancel before your next billing cycle.
Access continues through the end of your billing period.
8. No Refund Policy
All payments are final.
Due to the nature of digital services, strategy, and execution:
• No refunds
• No partial refunds
• No exchanges
9. Chargebacks & Payment Responsibility
You agree not to initiate chargebacks.
If a chargeback occurs:
